Project Development-Senior Operations Manager
Job Description
- Manage programme documentation (Tasks and Time), status report for each project - Integrate Non-gaming activities with the master plan - Work with business units to review critical path and dependencies - Facilitate communications across business units and in the field - Responsible for setting up a library of information, resources and policies and procedures for Non-Gaming - Work with legal and finance regarding partnerships and agreements - Set up sample room - Provide business analytic support to Non-Gaming division - Conduct audits at operating properties - Ensure continued knowledge in competitors and Macau market - Liaise with the industry related and centralized services - Provide verbal and written translation for SVP - Require high level of confidentiality - Implement general tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department - Involve in meetings and planning to increase job knowledge - Perform other job related duties as assigned
Competencies and Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Hospitality or related disciplines, master degree holder in IR development is preferred - Minimum 10 years’ working experience in management position - Experience in hospitality industry - Experience in SOP and BPD writing - Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) - Proficient in computer and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO and PROJECT) - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Positive and helpful personality - Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
