工作職能
- Serve as the initial point of advice, problem resolution and facilitation in all areas by providing strategic and proactive HR business partnering services to departments
- Establish relationships with respective department head in order to achieve optimum solutions for human resources related initiatives which support company business objectives
- Support the internal and external recruitment efforts for the property by developing sourcing strategies for open roles and pre-screen potential candidates and build talent pool for all respective
- Develop, implement and execute HR policies, processes and procedures, recruitment methodology and sourcing platform to ensure consistency and effectiveness of the same through analysis of market intelligence and insights on best practices, candidate movements and competitor activities to obtain credible industry and country trends
- Manage and resolve employee or labor relations issues. Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Provide performance management (coaching, counseling, career development, corrective action and terminations) guidance or counsel to client groups and their teams to ensure compliance with law, regulations and internal policy or procedure
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
- Create and develop staff development programs and delivers results that corresponds with established goals. Analyzes results from programs and redirects as necessary for talent development purposes
- Provide guidance and counsel to management concerning corrective actions, performance reviews and terminations, to ensure compliance with governmental laws and regulations and internal policies and procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
職位要求
- Bachelor's Degree in HR management or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in HR related field, at least 5 years working experience in HR management and operations
- With solid experience in resort or company related business background is preferred
- Proficient and professional in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Team player, strong communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Handle multi-task projects and meet tight deadline
- Mature, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and details-minded
