工作職能
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigation
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Maintain and assist in developing HR Policy and Procedure; Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation if necessary
- Act as key recruitment contact. Review resumes/applications, coordinate interview process. Manage and correlate job offer process
- Supervise and manage operations, maintenance and cleanliness of the premises and dormitory properties
- Ensure the well-being of employees living in the dormitory to compliance with environment, safety and health regulatory
- Liaison with security, fire alarm, pest control, other service providers to ensure the standard of dormitory premises remains high at all times
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resources policies and procedures
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above 
- Major in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in human resources or related field in hospitality industry
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge and communication in Cantonese is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent travel is required
- Work based in overseas regions and subject to relocation if necessary
